During my stay at Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments, I was impressed by the wide range of relaxation and wellness facilities available. The spa and wellness centre provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, and the indoor swimming pool was a great option for some leisurely exercise or a refreshing dip. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city, while the Turkish bath offered a unique and immersive experience. The beach access allowed for convenient and easy enjoyment of the stunning coastline, and the sun terrace and garden area were tranquil spaces to soak up the Mediterranean sun.
The hotel's entertainment options were also a highlight for me, providing a variety of activities and events to enjoy throughout my stay. The outdoor and seasonal indoor pools were ideal for taking a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun, and the availability of massages and spa lounges ensured that guests could truly relax and rejuvenate during their visit. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and comfortable, with pleasant decoration and very comfortable beds. We loved the fact that there was a mini fridge in the room, which was complimentary. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent. The hotel also offers private parking for a reasonable price. The breakfast provided a great variety of choices, and the quality of the food was top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was great with a balcony where I could enjoy the view of the sea. The staff were warmhearted and helpful, allowing me to check in early and even printing my flight tickets. The location was perfect, close to the beach and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the swimming pool was nice. Transportation was convenient, with bus stops nearby for easy access to Palma.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The hotel had great pools and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the location was perfect, very close to the beach, supermarkets, and bike and car rental agents. I also loved that there were seating areas both inside and by the pool. The hotel was conveniently close to transportation, being only 15 minutes away from the airport by bus and 25 minutes to the city center.

The hotel had no negatives, it was truly a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect - the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location next to a bus stop with several buses that can take you to Palma within a 5-minute bus ride from the airport and a stone's throw from the beach at the heart of this city. The staff was excellent, providing great service and always ready to help. Not to mention the delicious breakfast that had a huge selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a short bus trip from the airport and close to the beach and shops. The staff were very helpful and professional throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and powerful shower, a nice pool with plenty of sun beds, and reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast was amazing, with a varied and plentiful selection of food. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was top-notch. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the premium room had blackout curtains, a comfy bed, and great pillows.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
