We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a superb chic design touch and attention to small details that made a difference. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a sauna, heated indoor pool, and a beautiful outdoor pool. The location was perfect, situated in a great old town neighborhood with plenty of shops, bars, and fabulous restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a room ready for our early arrival and allowing us a late check out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. We also appreciated the nice touch of having sun beds and chairs in the rooms, as well as the hair straighteners. The restaurant overlooking the street had a cool ambiance, adding to our overall enjoyable experience. Second to none for everything.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They even took the time to give me a tour of the hotel, including the rooftop area which had a stunning view and a small pool. The location was perfect, with everything in the old town just a short walk away. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private spa that I could reserve for an hour a day, complete with a warm indoor pool, sauna. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast they served every morning!
Everything was great.
The room was fantastic, especially with the outdoor terrace. It was spotless throughout, and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Excellent English spoken. The complimentary cold drinks on arrival and in the room were a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, including the roof top pool and the good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and tasty Palma ham. The staff, especially Irene, were extra helpful and knowledgeable, providing recommendations and assisting with reservations.

The hotel is centrally located in a charming neighborhood in old town, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and even accommodating our young son. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully designed with luxurious detailing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the in-house restaurant was excellent, offering Michelin-star level cuisine. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy cocktails with a stunning view of the cathedral.
